COVERAGE THRESHOLDS 
For shipments valued at $150 and under, the parcel protection fee is $2.50.

For shipments valued between $150 and $300, the parcel protection fee is $4.75.

For shipments valued at $300 and above, the parcel protection fee is $8.25.

HOW IT WORKS
Selecting parcel protection at checkout ensures that your shipment is covered against loss or damage during transit.

In the event of a covered loss or damage, please contact our customer support team for assistance in filing a claim.

CLAIMS PROCESS
If you need to file a claim, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.

Claims will be processed promptly, and our team will assist you throughout the claims process.
